3. Age of Site: Search engines trust websites that have been around for a long time. This factor comes when two websites are with great stats.
4. Click-through-Rate on SERP:
a. If your website has the highest click through rate you will rank higher in goggle, This is determined by users most likely looking for your services, brand name or title. This is why Title tags and META tags are important.
b. It must be because your title, description and or brand are what the users was most likely looking for. This is why title tags and META descriptions are 2 of the other 20 factors in ranking well on the SERP's.
5. Global Popularity of the Site -
a. A back link from top site may be a valuable link for your site
b. For example a link from bbc.co.uk or cnn.com carries more weight. This is one area where your page rank can increase.
c. Also if you have a back link from relevant top communities, sites on the same services which your websites offers (same subject), interlink with one another providing unique data on services or products. This also helps your page rank
These are only a few of the many factors search engines measure and weigh when evaluating links.
